Program Coordinator Full Time – Amazing Kids Club Red Lion

Master Degree in a human service field, such as, psychology, counseling, social work, or a mental health field, licensure preferred. Specific training, functional behavioral Assessment certified, and experience implementing strategies/interventions utilizing Applied Behavior Analyst required. Five years experience working directly with children and adolescents living with autism and their families OR Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with at least three years experience working directly with children and their families of ASD. Supervisory experience required. Completed and have current three state mandated child clearances.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the daily operation of a children and adolescents autism specialty program and performance of staff to meet goals of the program. Ensures agency process/policies are followed for continuity of care for clients within the program. Accountable to the Manager and ensures the organization’s mission is attained. The Program Coordinator will assist Autism Program Manager providing oversight for the clinical operation of the on-site autism center. The Program Coordinator will work on all aspect necessary to provide clinical services for the center. The candidate will have the ability to create and implement integrated clinical treatment plans, supervision plans, treatment curriculum plans, and clinical team plans. Complete and supervise staff on all paperwork per department and agency guidelines. Work as a team with other administrative staff to coordinate decision making.

Specialized training and experience applying Applied Behavior Analysis with Autism Spectrum Disorder clients and their families. Two years experience working with Autism Spectrum Disorder clients and their families. The position requires three clearances (Pennsylvania Childline Clearance, PA State Police Clearance, and Cogent FBI Background Check). If applicants do not already have these clearances, the agency can provide instructions for how to apply for them.
Position involves providing therapy to children and adolescents, ages 2-21, which have been diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder. The Clinical Coordinator develops therapy curriculum for the clients to help them develop social skills and emotional intelligence through fun group activities. The treatment takes place at our facility. The position requires the ability to work a flexible day and evening schedule. Currently have Full-Time opening in the Red Lion location.
