Children’s Services

TrueNorth Wellness Services offers programs that provide children with counseling tailored to their individual needs.

Residential & Community Support

At TrueNorth Wellness Services, our Residential and Community Support programs help individuals with persistent, chronic psychiatric illnesses become independent members of the community, leading to a greater improved quality of life.

Psychiatry

TrueNorth offers psychiatry services for children, adolescents, and adults. Our team of psychiatrists will work with you to address your behavioral health or mental health needs.

Treatment & Prevention

These services focus on providing education to individuals about behavioral health, assisting with healthy coping and symptom relief, and teaching skills to lead whole and meaningful lives.
