Requirements:

Must have a minimum of five years working experience in the construction trades or in facility maintenance including 3 years of Supervisory experience. Preferably in the facility maintenance discipline for non-profit organizations providing residential supported living.

Job Description:

1. Ability to assist staff employed by the Consumer Work Group to build confidence in skills for future long term employment a. Trains staff on basic maintenance, janitorial, and landscaping skills b. Educates staff on the importance of punctuality and attendance c. Completes Agency required training with Consumer Work Group staff 2. Ability to manage administrative tasks necessary to successfully coordinate the Consumer Work Group a. Provides feedback to facility manager for performance evaluations of the Consumer Work Group staff as required by Agency policy b.
